Mindfulness Circle:

Mondays 7am PST/4pm WAT/10pm ICT

Join us for a weekly mindfulness practice to take a moment for you, and increase your connection to the present moment. 

Come as you are, however feels most comfortable for you. Cameras on or off welcome. No prior experience needed. Simply show up and engage in a guided mindfulness practice together as a group.

Guided Journaling:

Tuesdays, 10am PST/7pm WAT

Join us on zoom for a weekly therapist-led self-reflection prompt, followed by quiet peaceful time to write on your own. Writing prompts are designed to help you process your thoughts and emotions and build self-awareness in a supportive, guided environment. At the end, we will save time for discussion for anyone who wants to share. Cameras and sharing are optional. 

Coping Skills: Learn and get Support:

Wednesdays 7am PST/4pm WAT/10pm ICT

Each week, over zoom, we'll review an evidence based technique from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, or Solution Focused Therapy. We'll spend ten minutes learning the skill, then discuss how to apply it in your day to day life and answer any questions. Dealing with a specific issue or stressor? Bring it! Let's tackle it together!!! Cameras are optional.
