While not required, we strongly encourage you to apply if you have a history of your own mental health struggle, whether officially diagnosed or not. This may include, anxiety, panic, low self-esteem, depression, ADHD, addiction, eating disorders, or even life challenges like trauma or relationship problems. You do not need to be currently in remission, or healed, from your emotional challenges. In fact, this is a great place to get involved if you are currently struggling! Many people find that being of service to others is instrumental in one’s own healing.
