Overview
This page is maintained by 4C Mental Health to explain how we handle personal information collected through our website, courses, and live sessions. It is a plain-language summary and not a legal contract.
Information we collect
When you create an account or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to share in messages, chat, or course activity.
How we use it
We use your information to provide the service, respond to inquiries, deliver course content, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.
Aggregate and de-identified data
We may use aggregated and/or de-identified information — data that has been processed so it does not identify you individually — to analyze trends, improve our programs and content, develop and improve features such as personalized content recommendations, measure the impact and effectiveness of our services, and inform how we expand access to mental health education. This aggregated or de-identified information may also be shared with partners, funders, or researchers to support these goals. We do not attempt to re-identify individuals from this information.
Business transfers
If 4C Mental Health is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of its assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring or surviving entity as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information, as required by applicable law.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@4cmentalhealth.com.
