Reduce Overwhelm, Get Things Done

The Eisenhower Matrix helps you prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, allowing you to focus on what truly matters.

Exercise:

  1. List your tasks for the day.

  2. Divide them into four categories:

    • Urgent and Important: Do these tasks first.

    • Important but Not Urgent: Schedule these tasks for later.

    • Urgent but Not Important: Delegate or minimize these.

    • Not Urgent and Not Important: Consider eliminating or postponing.

 3. Take 5 minutes to sort your list and commit to tackling the top priorities.

Goal: By identifying and focusing on high-impact tasks, you’ll improve productivity and reduce overwhelm. Focus on just the first items.
